DFZ Digital Content License Agreement

Ownership of Content

All music, audio mixes, workout sessions, videos, artwork, graphics, branding, and digital products available through DFZ ("Discipline Frequency Zone") are the exclusive property of DFZ and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Your purchase does not transfer ownership of any content. You are purchasing a limited license to use the content subject to the terms outlined below.

Personal Use License

Upon purchase, DFZ grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased content for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may:

  • Download the purchased content to your personal devices.

  • Stream, view, and listen to the content for your own personal use.

  • Use the content during personal workouts, training sessions, and private activities.

Restrictions

Unless expressly authorized in writing by DFZ, you may not:

  • Reproduce, copy, or distribute the content.

  • Upload the content to YouTube, social media platforms, websites, forums, or file-sharing services.

  • Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer the content to any third party.

  • Share purchased files with friends, family members, clients, or organizations.

  • Use the content for commercial purposes.

  • Include the content in advertisements, promotional materials, podcasts, livestreams, or public broadcasts.

  • Modify, remix, sample, or create derivative works based on the content for distribution or commercial use.

Social Media and Public Use

The purchase of DFZ content does not grant any rights for public performance, public distribution, commercial use, or social media publishing.

Any use of DFZ content on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitch, podcasts, livestreams, websites, or any other public platform requires a separate commercial license obtained directly from DFZ.

Copyright Protection

DFZ actively monitors and protects its intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use, distribution, reproduction, or public sharing of DFZ content may result in:

  • Copyright infringement claims.

  • DMCA takedown notices.

  • Removal of unauthorized content from online platforms.

  • Suspension or termination of access to DFZ products and services.

  • Legal action where applicable.

Commercial Licensing

Businesses, creators, influencers, brands, gyms, fitness studios, trainers, content creators, and organizations seeking to use DFZ content commercially must obtain an appropriate commercial license from DFZ before using any content.

Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by DFZ.

DFZ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this license at any time in the event of misuse, abuse, copyright infringement, or violation of these terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any DFZ content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this License Agreement and Terms of Use.
