DFZ Refund & Return Policy

Digital Products

All DFZ products, including music downloads, workout mixes, audio files, videos, digital downloads, memberships, and other downloadable content, are delivered electronically and are classified as digital products.

Because digital products can be downloaded, copied, stored, and accessed immediately upon purchase, all sales are considered final.

No Returns

Due to the nature of digital content, DFZ does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after a purchase has been completed.

Once access has been granted or a file has been downloaded, the product cannot be returned.

No Refunds

All purchases made through DFZ are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Accidental purchases.

  • Failure to read product descriptions.

  • Lack of use.

  • Personal preference regarding music style, content, or presentation.

  • Inability to use the product due to the customer's hardware, software, internet connection, or device limitations.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact DFZ within seven (7) days of the duplicate transaction. Verified duplicate purchases may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Technical Issues

If you experience a legitimate technical issue preventing access to a purchased product, DFZ will make reasonable efforts to assist you and provide access to the purchased content.

This may include:

  • Providing a new download link.

  • Restoring access to your account.

  • Replacing a corrupted file.

Technical assistance does not constitute a refund.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback after receiving access to purchased digital content may result in:

  • Suspension or termination of access to purchased products.

  • Suspension or termination of your DFZ account.

  • Restrictions on future purchases.

DFZ reserves the right to present purchase records, download records, access logs, and acceptance of terms as evidence in response to chargeback disputes.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights that may be available under applicable consumer protection laws where such rights cannot be legally excluded.
